The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office arrested another suspect on charges related to shootings that occurred at Twin Lakes Park on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

Jonathan Vivar, DOB: 02/16/2007, of Bradenton, was arrested today, May 9. Vivar is charged with Homicide: Murder Dangerous Depraved without Premeditation in the death of Eric Santana-Santana. He is in custody at the Sarasota County Correctional Facility.

During the initial incident in November at a party held after-hours at Twin Lakes Park, shots were fired resulting in the death of the 17-year-old male from gunshot-related injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
