The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Ralph Gross III, DOB 04/30/73, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.

 

Gross was convicted in 2018 in Sarasota County on two counts of Fondling a Victim 12 to 16 Years Old and one count of Lewd or Lascivious Conduct by a Person 18 Years or Older. He was sentenced to three years in prison with credit for time served followed by seven years of probation. Gross recently relocated and reports his address is 1320 Nantucket Road in Venice. He is currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and he is not allowed to live within 1,000 feet of a school, childcare facility, park or playground.

 

This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to publicly notify citizens of sexual offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
