The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Lamarr Eberhart, DOB 09/07/59, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.

 

Eberhart was convicted in 1996 in Sarasota County of Lewd or Lascivious Act with a Victim Less than 16 Years Old. He was sentenced to one year and three months in prison. After his release in 1997, Eberhart failed to meet sex offender registration requirements three times and served an additional two years in prison. He recently relocated and reports his address is 1909 N. Orange Avenue in the city of Sarasota. Eberhart is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and because the offense took place prior to 2004, residency restrictions do not apply.

 

This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to publicly notify citizens of sexual offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
