The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s assistance identifying a suspect who broke into a gas station in Sarasota.

On January 17 around 2:30 a.m., the suspect is seen wearing dark clothing and breaking into the BP gas station located at 4949 South Tamiami Trail. The suspect then removed the cash register and ATM machine from the business.
