General Counsel Julie Herd, Information Technology Director Willie Holland, Lieutenants Scott Huber, Mark Lefebvre, and Adam Shaw participated in the 18-credit hour certificate program consisting of six courses over six months. Administrative leadership, criminal justice ethics, human resources, and critical incident management were the essential topics covered during the three terms.

“Continuing education is critical to developing leaders and enhancing their ability to manage personnel and serve the community,” said Sheriff Hoffman. “We encourage leadership training to strengthen and prepare our agency for the future.”
