The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is inviting career seekers to the agency’s inaugural virtual career fair to recruit prospective employees to fill positions across the agency.
On Wednesday, February 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., job seekers can log into the virtual career fair to discover a wide variety of professional opportunities including 911 calltaking and emergency dispatching, clerical and administrative support, as well as sworn law enforcement and corrections positions. Candidates will also have the chance to learn about benefits offered by the sheriff’s office such as health, dental, vision and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement options within the Florida Retirement System, and much more. Human Resources personnel will be on hand to answer questions through an interactive chat.
