The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Victoria Kopfle, DOB 11/12/54, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.

 

Kopfle was convicted in Charlotte County in 2017 of Lewd Molestation of the Elderly/Disabled and sentenced to two years of house arrest. In 2018, she was again convicted of Probation/Community Control Violation and sentenced to 13 months in prison. Kopfle was recently released and reports her address is 681 Flamingo Road in Venice. She is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and due to the criteria of her conviction, residency restrictions do not apply.

 

This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook and Twitter accounts to publicly notify citizens of sexual offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
