The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Patrick Perry, Jr., DOB 03/06/91, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.
Perry was convicted in 2017 in Sarasota County of Sexual Assault of a Victim 18 Years or Older and Obstruction of Justice. He was sentenced to one year and 11 months in prison followed by three years of probation. Perry was recently released and reports his address is 2493 South San Mateo Drive in North Port. He is currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, however based on the criteria of his conviction, residency restrictions do not apply.
This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook and Twitter accounts to publicly notify citizens of sexual offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
