Sex Offender Registration

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is advising the public that David Hall, DOB 06/22/86, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.
 
Hall was convicted as a Youthful Offender in 2006 in Sarasota County of Lewd or Lascivious Battery with a Victim 12 to 16 Years Old. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail followed by two years of community control and two years of probation. Hall violated his probation in 2009 and was sentenced to six additional months behind bars. In 2010, he was convicted on four counts of Burglary and five counts of Larceny and sentenced to 21 months in prison. Hall was convicted again in 2014 on three counts of Burglary, Drug Possession and Narcotic Use, serving another five years behind bars. He was recently released and reports his address is 3767 Wake Avenue in Sarasota. Hall is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, however he is not allowed to live within 1,000 feet of a school, childcare facility, park or playground.
 
This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts to publicly notify citizens of sex offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county, or following a release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offender and predator registrations.
