Salary range upon hire:  $24,047 - $29,520 (determined by documented acceptable prior related experience).
Long-term salary cap:  $41,355

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated skill to operate telephone consoles as required performing the position tasks.
Possess the ability to work independently without direct supervision and initiate and complete duties using efficient time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information, utilizing resources, and process verbal/written information in order to effectively listen and interpret.
Ability to demonstrate awareness for human diversity when interacting with colleagues and the public.
