DUTIES
Under the supervision of the Animal Services Supervisor, the bookkeeper will perform a wide variety of tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, inventory, invoicing, processing and reconciling credit card statements, unclaimed property and special projects as assigned.
STARTING SALARY
Salary range upon hire: $55,619 - $63,939 (determined by acceptable prior related experience).
Long-term salary cap: $68,099.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Two years related experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be computer proficient in Microsoft Excel as demonstrated through testing.
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience preferred.
- Possess excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
