The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Mark Dungan-Carpenter, DOB 2/12/88, of Sarasota, for two counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a victim under 12 years of age.

On August 28, 2012 detectives assigned to the Special Victims Unit received a report that the incident occurred on a four-year-old child. The victim had reported to a family friend that Dungan-Carpenter had touched her inappropriately.

In 2009 Dungan-Carpenter was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery on a Child stemming from an incident involving a five-year-old child. That incident occurred at a private day care known as Sandy’s Family Day Care of Lake Sarasota which operated from 2003 to 2011.
