Deputies arrived on scene and Minor was taken into custody without incident.
Minor is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Attempted Robbery with a Firearm and Burglary with a Firearm. Dreher is on life support at Blake Medical Center and is not expected to survive. In the event of his death a charge of First Degree Murder will be filed against Minor.
