The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Cesar Gonzalez-Ibarra, DOB 04/24/91, 2054 4th Street, Sarasota, for possession of child pornography.

As a result of an investigation by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit, deputies executed a search warrant at Gonzalez-Ibarra’s home on Tuesday July 10th 2012. Detectives conducted a forensic examination of the defendant’s desktop computer and located video and image files depicting children as young as approximately seven years of age and no more than 14 years old involved in sexual conduct.

Gonzalez-Ibarra was booked into the Sarasota County Jail and charged with 47 counts of Possession: Sexual Performance by a Child. He is currently being held on $235,000 bond.
