The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public that Cresenciano Conde, DOB 06/15/76, has registered as a Sexual Offender living in Sarasota County.

Conde was convicted in 1995 in Manatee County on five counts of Sexual Battery by a Juvenile with a Victim Under 12 Years Old and Witness Tampering. He was sentenced to five years in prison followed by 10 years of probation. In 2005, Conde violated his probation and served an additional five years behind bars. Conde recently relocated and reports his address is 1140 32nd Street in Sarasota. He is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and because the offense took place prior to 2004, residency restrictions do not apply.

This information is posted on the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office website, agency Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to publicly notify citizens of sexual offenders and predators who register a Sarasota County address for the first time, when moving into the county or following release from prison. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offenders and predator registrations.
