Sarasota Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a 47-year-old Sarasota resident and convicted felon for selling heroin, cocaine, and possessing a firearm. 

On August 2, 2018, Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Rossell Lamar Marshall, B/M DOB 1/11/71, with an Arrest Warrant related to selling heroin and cocaine. Detectives also executed a Search Warrant at his residence located at 2036 Palm Terrace, Apartment D, Sarasota. During the search, detectives found heroin, cocaine, pharmaceutical drugs, two handguns, and over $5,000 dollars.

Marshall was additionally charged with Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell, Possession of Alprazolam, and Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.
