DUTIES
Performs a variety of functions to include but not limited to, prepare process documents as well as injunctions, balancing daily receipts, correctly billing appropriate agencies, organize summons/subpoenas. Type and validate Sheriff’s returns, classify statistical data for reports and various clerical duties necessary for the operation of the Civil Section.
STARTING SALARY
Salary range upon hire: $24,938 - $29,580 (determined by acceptable prior related experience).
Long-term salary cap: $41,618

- Demonstrated skill in the use of computer and office equipment required to perform the position
- tasks.
- Effectively communicate, verbal and written, demonstrating an awareness for human diversity to citizens and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Florida Statutes pertaining to service and execution of the legal process.
