Statewide Background Checks

Requests for Florida Criminal History Information must be submitted to:

Requests must include: name, race, sex, date of birth, and any other identifying characteristics. A $23 fee (check or money order payable to FDLE), must accompany each request. This information is available as public record request, Chapter 119, F.S.S.

National Record Check Information

Requests for National Criminal History Information must be submitted to:
