Commissary service to inmates is
provided by Swanson Services Corporation. Items available include personal grooming
products, snacks, games, and other items to assist the inmate in adjusting to
incarceration.
* We accept
deposits at our automated Kiosk which is located in the Visitation Lobby at 2020
Main St.
* The Kiosk is
available 24hrs every day and accepts cash or credit card. (Money Orders, Debit
Cards and $1 bills are not accepted)
* You may also
deposit money via
www.GovPayNOW.com or by
calling 888-277-2535. Our Pay Location Code is 5500. Our facility
location is "SRQ". Please Note, that when entering information on the
GovPayNOW.com website, when asked for the Inmate Booking Number, you should
enter the Inmate PIN instead.

* Money
deposited is not refundable.
* Once the
inmate has placed their commissary order, they may not return it for credit or
change their selections.
* If an inmate
is released before they place an order the balance of their account will be
returned to them in the form of a check.
* If an inmate
is released after they place an order they will have three (3) days to come back
and pick it up. After three (3) days, it will be disposed of. If they are
transported to another facility, they may designate a family member or friend to
pick up the order within three (3) days.
* Indigent
inmates shall receive up to $1.50 in commissary items two times per week.
(Indigent is defined as a balance of $0.00 in their account)
* Indigent
inmates may not order items provided by the detention facility, i.e. hand soap,
toothbrush, toothpaste, or any food items, including coffee.
