Cindy Rogers was last seen alive on March 21, 1991,
at 4850 Gallup Ave.
in Sarasota, where she had been living. Ray Giesler and Don Belair also
occupied the house. Shortly before she disappeared, Cindy told Ray that
she was going to be moving out of the house.
On April 7, 1992, Cindy's body was found inside a plastic trash can,
floating in the pool at 4850 Gallup Ave. At the time Ray Giesler had
been in Florida State prison for a few months. Don Belair was still living
in the home and made the discovery in the pool. Evidence indicates that
Cindy's body had not been in the pool for more than a few days.
