Inmate Interview Form
This form needs to be completed and
returned to the Media Liaison Office when requesting an interview with any inmate
at the Sarasota County Jail.
Media Academy Application
This form needs to be completed in
order to register you for the Media Law Enforcement Academy.
Media Academy Liability Form
This form needs to be completed and
returned to the Media Liaison Office prior to your attending the Media
Law Enforcement Academy.
Press Pass Request
This form needs to be completed in
order to obtain an official Sheriff's Office Press Pass.
Ride-along Form
This form needs to be completed and
returned prior to participating in a ride-along in any Sheriff's Office apparatus.
