GHB
If you notice a person has passed out,
get medical attention immediately, call 911, or they may die!
GHB (Gamma-hydroxybutyrate) was originally marketed as
a solvent or drain cleaner. GHB users report loss of coordination due to
loss of muscle tone, possible nausea, difficulty concentrating, & loss of
gag reflex. It can cause vomiting, delusions, depression, vertigo, visual
disturbances, seizures, respiratory distress, loss of consciousness,
amnesia, and coma.
GHB is especially deadly when mixed
with alcohol!
Please know that: Law Enforcement does not monitor emergency rooms and hospitals are not required to report drug overdoses to Law Enforcement.
If someone has become passed out it is important to get them medical attention immediately!
Call 911 immediately, or get the individual to an emergency room.
